The purpose of the present document is to describe the Privacy Policy of Importa cuatro information technology S.L. (hereafter, Importa4) applicable to its portal, "WTCeurope.com" (hereafter, the Portal).
Data of a personal nature gathered through the Portal will be processed automatically and incorporated in the automated files belonging to Importa4, which, in accordance
with the normative in force, are duly registered in the General Register of the Data Protection Agency.
In the Portal’s forms
that request data of a personal nature, the different fields that it is compulsory to fill in order to register commencement of the
corresponding service will be indicated. The automated processing that will be applied to the personal data gathered as a
consequence of requesting, using or contracting any product or service, or of any transaction or operation made through the Portal,
has the purpose of managing the relationship established with the user, the management and/or administration of the services to which the
user subscribes, the creation of profiles for commercial ends, as well as the sending by postal or electronic mail of offers and advertising
for other products and services of the Importa cuatro information technology S.L. companies. and/or of third party organizations in the sectors of finance,
automobiles, telecommunications, property, remote sales, massive consumption, leisure, energy and water, NGOs and Training.
The user to whom the personal data belongs can exercise, within the terms and limitations established by the normative in force, their rights
of access, rectification, cancellation and disagreement, through postal mail to the following address:

Department of Personal Data and indicate and/or attach: the e-mail address that figures in their registration on our database,
the password they use to access our online services, a photocopy of the National Id (DNI), their postal address and a
contact telephone number. Importa4 guarantees the confidentiality of the personal data. Nevertheless,
it will reveal to the competent public authorities the personal data and any other information that is in its possession or is accessible
through its systems that is required in conformity with the legal provisions and regulations applicable to the case. In any event,
when personal data of users is to be given to third parties, their previous acceptance will be requested, specifying the
identity of the assignee and the use that will be made of the data to be given.
Communication of personal data through
any medium established in the Portal, involves the express authorization of the user to perform the processing described in the
previous paragraphs.
